Glossary
Key terms used throughout Shoptera and this documentation:
Agent
A specialized AI module that analyzes one specific aspect of product data (e.g., GTIN Agent finds missing barcodes, Title Agent rewrites weak titles).
Confidence Score
A calibrated 0-100% probability that an agent's suggestion is correct. A 90% score means the agent is wrong roughly 10% of the time.
Delta Sync
Incremental feed synchronization. Only products that changed since the last sync are re-imported and re-analyzed, saving processing time and agent quota.
Enrichment
The process of adding or improving product data — filling in missing GTINs, rewriting titles, adding categories, generating FAQ, etc.
Feed
A structured file (XML, CSV, or JSON) containing your product catalog data. Marketplaces like Google Shopping consume this file to list your products.
GTIN / EAN
Global Trade Item Number / European Article Number. A 8-13 digit barcode that uniquely identifies a product. Required by most marketplaces.
Activity
The central hub where AI suggestions appear. Each suggestion shows a before/after diff for you to approve or reject. High-confidence suggestions are auto-approved; the rest appear in Review mode.
Marketplace
An external platform where your products are listed — Google Shopping, Heureka.cz, Zboží.cz, Ceneo.pl, Árukereső.hu, etc.
Project
One product feed connected to Shoptera. Each project = one e-shop feed with its own AI agents, Activity page, and export URLs.
Proxy Feed
The optimized feed URL that Shoptera generates. Point your marketplace accounts to this URL instead of your original feed.
Suggestion
A proposed improvement from an AI agent. Contains the field to change, the old value, the new value, a confidence score, and the agent's reasoning.
Tier / Plan
Your subscription level (Free, Starter, Growth, Scale). Higher tiers get faster sync, more products per day, and more export formats.
Review
The manual review page where you approve, reject, or edit AI suggestions one by one using keyboard shortcuts.
Autopilot
Automatic mode that applies AI suggestions exceeding your confidence threshold without manual review. All actions are logged and reversible.
Changelog
A complete history of all product enrichments — both manually approved and auto-approved — with filtering, search, and revert capabilities.
